They wish you would disbelieve as they disbelieved so you would be alike. So do not take from among them allies until they emigrate for the cause of Allah. Indeed, the postponing [of restriction within sacred months] is an increase in disbelief by which those who have disbelieved are led [further] astray. Ideologies that initiate war must be removed from religious texts

All people need peace wherever they live, whatever they are. However, It is impossible to stop the war as long as the #ideology_of_war is entertained and protected as a #religious_teaching that is passed from generation to generation.

Almost, All terrorist organizations in this world are organized based on a religious ideology called Islam because fighting non-Muslims, especially people of the book(Jews and Christians) is explained in the Quran and some Hadiths.

Children are still learning the ideology, which means, the war is continuous for generations.

People must not be killed by war.
God love all People!

ideologies that initiated war must be removed from religious books.

Property Gospel is unBiblical. Megersa Boshe

Prosperity Gospel is a wrong teaching, it is unbiblical.

You may have heard of prosperity theology, or it’s also known as the word of faith movement. What is it? why it’s unbiblical? So what is the prosperity gospel?

Well, this is destructive teaching that’s out there. It’s taught by a lot of very popular Christian authors. In Ethiopia, this movement is strong being led by the Country’s Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed according to some evidence.

This teaching says that it’s always God’s will for you to be healthy, wealthy, to have a job, to have opportunities to have a position to have recognition to be in a relationship with whoever you want and that if you give to certain religious causes that you stand to benefit in those areas, and worst of all, that you can somehow use, and even command the Holy Spirit to get the things that you want. So why should we avoid this? I’m gonna give you four reasons why the prosperity gospel is unbiblical.

First of all, it diminishes God. Who is your God? You serve a big God or a little God, what is the object of your desire? I’m here to tell you that the thing that you long for the most is the thing you can’t stop thinking about. That is the object of your worship. You know, when prosperity teachers ask people to turn to Christ, Jesus is not presented as the object of their faith is presented as the means to getting the object that they want so badly. And that is a very diminished view, of the God that we are meant to serve. Jesus is not a genie. He’s not Santa Claus. The God of the Bible is so much more than that, and he wants so much more for us than just material things.

The second reason the prosperity gospel is unbiblical is it diminishes our needs. What is your greatest need? Is it financial? Is it physical? Is that why Jesus died to save you? Or are we focused on the symptoms of our problem rather than on the root of the problem itself? You know, if you have an infection deep in your lungs, how are you going to treat that you’re going to just chug some over-the-counter cough medicine. Now that’s just treating the symptom of the problem. You need to go to the doctor, you need to get a diagnosis you need to get a prescription for the cure for the antibiotics that you need. And when the prosperity gospel focuses on material wealth, it’s just treating the symptom It’s missing diagnosing the real problem. What is the real problem Roman says that all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. It says that the wages of sin are death which tells me my biggest problem isn’t money. It’s a need for forgiveness and righteousness.

The third reason that the prosperity gospel is unbiblical is it diminishes the Gospel itself. The prosperity gospel is no gospel at all. What’s the point of the gospel is the point of the gospel that we gain personally while on the earth. Do you remember the story of when Jesus told the multitude, what happened after that miracle people got all excited, and they sought to take him and launch a political coup they wanted to instal Jesus as their king by force. Do you? think they understood the point of the gospel? Jesus didn’t think so. He took his disciples they got in the boat and they hightailed it across the Sea of Galilee and when the crowd caught up to him, he rebuked them. He said I know what you want is the point of your gospel, financial gain. Listen, if financial gain is the point of the Gospel, Jesus was a horrible representative of that message. He was homeless. He said foxes have dens. Birds have nests but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay his head. If that is what your gospel is financial gain, it’s a powerless message. Listen, the point of the gospel is not for you to live your best life. Now. It sounds great, but that’s an inferior message, the true power of the gospel is when God takes an unredeemed soul and redeems it breathes life into it and claims this person as his very own child to live in the rain forever. That’s real power.

Finally, the prosperity gospel diminishes the glory of God. What’s the point of your life? What’s the point of all human existence? I’ll give you a hint. It ain’t you. It’s not me either. But the prosperity theology that we see in the world today, carries this message that I am the centre of the universe that all God wants to do that all he’s focused on is to meet my personal needs right here, right now. Listen, the focus of God as presented in Scripture consistently from one end of the Bible to the next is the glory of God you were saved to glorify and to honour and worship. God worship is something that we will do for eternity. The treasures of this earth are here today. They’re gone tomorrow and ultimately, they’re not very fulfilling, but to serve and to honour God that lasts forever. And that is the only thing that is truly fulfilled. So the bottom line, prosperity theology, glorifies man, and the temporary things of earth over God and the eternal things of heaven and that makes it a false gospel.

The prosperity side seems to indicate that if you’re poor, then you must not have enough faith. Right, which is ridiculous, because it doesn’t match up with experiences that I’ve had and you’ve had where we deal with poor people, and they’ve got many times more faith. And I’m more of a pure faith and, or that if you don’t if you’re not healthy, it’s because you haven’t prayed properly. It could be because you didn’t eat properly. Right and so that kind of you know, and because I talk about money, and I’m a Christian, and I’m unashamedly unashamed about my success with finances.

you can’t find scripture that indicates that an abundant life, which is not everything but money, is everything, including money, and an abundant life is a good thing for a Christian. But an abundant life certainly is more than money. And if you limit it to money, and apply that scripture, you know, Jesus is saying there to that then that gets into a problem on the other side. It’s often funny to me that the anti-wealth is people quoting scripture who are usually not believers. And sometimes they know the Scripture better than some believers do. And they’ll say things like, Well, money is the root of all evil. Well, it doesn’t say that in the Bible. It says the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. Very clear. And you know, and to say that, you know, my heavenly father who’s crazy about me, if we being evil know how to give our kids good gifts, how much more so our Father heaven. And so, you know, we’re as parents, I have this inclination towards blessing my children that comes from the fact that I’m made in God’s image and he has an inclination towards blessing his children. Now does that guarantee that somehow God isn’t participating in that, of course, he’s participating in the blessings for those of us who believe in God. But believing in God only for money, wealth and power is a false gospel.

Promoting World Peace: Combating Extremism and Erasing Divisive Ideologies

Promoting World Peace: Combating Extremism and Erasing Divisive Ideologies.

Introduction:-
In an increasingly interconnected world, the pursuit of global peace is a shared responsibility. To protect world peace, it is essential to address the twin challenges of combating Islamic terrorism and countering racist and tribal ideologies.

This article will explore effective strategies to tackle these issues while promoting harmony and understanding among diverse cultures and communities.

I. Understanding the Root Causes: To effectively combat Islamic terrorism and divisive ideologies, it is crucial to understand their root causes. Terrorism often arises from a complex interplay of political, social, and economic factors. Poverty, lack of education, political instability, and ideological extremism all contribute to the emergence of terrorist groups.Similarly, racist and tribal ideologies stem from fear, ignorance, and historical grievances. To protect world peace, addressing these root causes is paramount.

II. Promoting Education and Counter-Narratives:-
oEducation plays a pivotal role in countering extremism. By providing quality education and promoting critical thinking, we can empower individuals to resist radicalization. Governments and international organizations should invest in education programs that foster tolerance, multiculturalism, and respect for diversity.Simultaneously, promoting counter-narratives is essential. Muslim leaders, intellectuals, and scholars can play a crucial role in denouncing the misuse of Islamic teachings for violent purposes. Equally, leaders from various backgrounds should speak out against racist and tribal ideologies, emphasizing the value of inclusivity and unity.

III. Strengthening International Cooperation:-
Fighting global challenges requires global collaboration. Nations must work together to combat terrorism. Intelligence-sharing, coordinated military actions, and the enforcement of strict international sanctions against terror financing are vital components of this effort.Furthermore, countries should cooperate to combat racist and tribal ideologies. Promoting intercultural dialogue, sharing successful initiatives, and supporting international organizations dedicated to eradicating discrimination can help build a more inclusive world.

IV. Fostering Inclusivity and Multiculturalism:-
Inclusive societies are less likely to breed extremism. Policymakers should strive to create environments where individuals from different backgrounds feel valued and integrated. This includes laws that protect minority rights, promote equal opportunities, and condemn discrimination.

V. Tackling Online Radicalization:-
The internet has become a breeding ground for extremism. Governments, technology companies, and civil society organizations must work together to monitor and combat online radicalization. This includes identifying and removing extremist content and providing counter-narratives to vulnerable individuals.

VI. Promoting Peaceful Conflict Resolution:-
Conflicts often provide fertile ground for extremism to flourish. To protect world peace, diplomatic efforts to resolve conflicts should be prioritized. Mediation, dialogue, and negotiation should take precedence over military solutions whenever possible.

VII. Strengthening Resilience:-
To protect against extremism and divisive ideologies, societies should build resilience through community engagement, social cohesion, and support networks. Encouraging individuals to report suspicious activities and providing them with the tools to do so can help prevent acts of terror.

Conclusion:-
Protecting world peace requires a multifaceted approach that addresses the root causes of extremism and divisive ideologies. By promoting education, fostering inclusivity, strengthening international cooperation, and tackling online radicalization, we can work together to build a more harmonious and united world. While the challenges are significant, the pursuit of global peace is a shared endeavor that transcends borders and ideologies.

International Peace Day, September 21/2023 by Megersa Boshe

My article for International Peace Day, 21st of September 2023.

“When the power of love overcomes the love of power” war by politicians stops, and peace prevails.

“Harnessing Love for Lasting Peace: The Power of Love Overcoming the Love of Power”Every year on September 21st, the world comes together to celebrate International Peace Day. This day serves as a reminder of the vital importance of peace in our global community. One of the most profound and enduring messages associated with peace is the idea that “When the power of love overcomes the love of power, the world will know peace.” These words, often attributed to Jimi Hendrix, hold a timeless truth that transcends generations.

In a world often marked by conflicts, both on a global and personal scale, the concept of love overcoming power is a powerful and hopeful one. It reminds us that true peace cannot be achieved through the dominance of one group over another, but rather through the triumph of love, and compassion, understanding this sentiment challenges us to reevaluate our priorities and actions.

It calls on leaders, governments, and individuals to strive for a world where cooperation, empathy, and unity are valued above all else. It asks us to consider how we can contribute to a more peaceful world in our own lives, whether through acts of kindness, conflict resolution, or practising tolerance and acceptance. One of the most remarkable aspects of this message is its universality. It resonates across cultures, religions, and backgrounds. It’s a reminder that peace is a shared human aspiration, and it’s within our collective power to make it a reality.

Achieving peace in a world driven by the love of power is undoubtedly a complex and challenging task. It requires dedication, diplomacy, and sustained effort. However, history has shown us that it is possible. Movements led by individuals committed to non-violence, like Mahatma Gandhi and Martin Luther King Jr., have demonstrated the transformative power of love and peaceful resistance.

On this International Peace Day, let us reflect on the profound wisdom encapsulated in the words, “When the power of love overcomes the love of power.” Let us consider how we, as individuals and as a global community, can contribute to a world where love, compassion, and understanding prevail, ultimately leading us to a more peaceful and harmonious existence.

Let’s work together towards a brighter, more peaceful future for all.

The imperative of peace in Ethiopia

The Imperative of Peace in Ethiopia:

Beyond the Futility of War, Ethiopia, a nation rich in culture and history, finds itself at a crossroads, facing the stark reality that warfare cannot dismantle or rebuild this diverse and resilient country.

In recent years, internal conflicts have plagued the nation, with warring factions, including the government, driving the nation towards the precipice of devastation.

This article highlights the pressing need to halt the conflict and pursue the path of peace, recognizing that war only serves to weaken the very fabric of Ethiopia. The Futility of War, as a means to achieve #political objectives or resolve disputes, has proven time and again to be a #destructive force that fractures societies and cripples nations. In the context of Ethiopia, the ongoing conflicts have resulted in a debilitating cycle of violence and suffering.

Instead of dismantling the nation’s problems, these conflicts have exacerbated existing issues, leaving a trail of destruction in their wake. The Weakening of a Nation One cannot ignore the toll that war takes on a nation’s economy, infrastructure, and, most importantly, its people. Ethiopia’s warring factions, including elements within the government, have drained valuable resources that could have been channelled into development, education, and healthcare. The resultant economic strain has hindered progress and has the potential to set the nation back for generations to come.

Furthermore, the societal divisions that emerge during times of conflict create wounds that can take years, if not decades, to heal. Communities are torn apart, trust is eroded, and the collective spirit of a nation is fractured.

It is imperative to recognize that Ethiopia’s true strength lies in its #unity and #diversity, and these internal conflicts undermine that strength. The Path to PeaceHalting the conflict and pursuing #peace is not merely a desirable option but an #absolute_necessity for Ethiopia’s future.

The nation must prioritize #dialogue, reconciliation, and the restoration of social cohesion. Political leaders, civil society, and international stakeholders must come together to facilitate a peaceful resolution to the ongoing disputes. Ethiopia’s rich history of diplomacy and its tradition of mediation can serve as valuable tools in the pursuit of peace. Local and international mediators can play a pivotal role in bringing the warring parties to the negotiating table, with a focus on addressing the root causes of the conflicts and building a sustainable peace that benefits all Ethiopians.

Conclusion:
Ethiopia’s path forward must veer away from the futility of war and embrace the imperative of peace. The conflicts tearing at the nation’s fabric only weaken its potential and threaten the well-being of its people. By halting the conflict and pursuing peace through dialogue, reconciliation, and diplomacy, Ethiopia can once again harness its unity, diversity, and resilience to build a brighter future for all its citizens. It is a task that requires the concerted efforts of all stakeholders, both domestic and international, and a commitment to upholding the ideals that make Ethiopia a beacon of hope in the region.

How Islam destroyed African civilization

How Islam Destroyed Africa civilization

Islam had the main and long-lasting effect on the destruction of African society,

To make Islam dominate the world, Islamists of the 7th century put their sights on the African continent and moved into Africa around 639 AD and began attempting to establish an Islamic state by using stable inhabited presents in Berber, Egypt, Ghana, Mali, Nigeria, Niger and Sudan and other places.

They moved across North Africa which was inhabited by the African Kushite people and the original black Egyptians. The North African region was a viable trade route and flourished greatly before the Arab invasion.

Before the establishment of an Islamic state, Egypt was ruled by the Byzantine Empire and Islam dominated Africans by establishing institutions that advanced the oppression of Africans. The Islamic State created an army to force Africans into submission. After conquering a tribe or group of people, they often took the land and replaced African traditions and customs with Islamic ones. If the communities wanted to practice their religions, they were forced to pay religious tax and even killed.

Contrary to popular beliefs about Africans, they did not just sit around waiting for the Islamic State to subjugate them. Rather, African armies launched remarkable resistance. Notably, Islam was defeated at Dungloe in 641 AD and again in 651 BC, forcing them to acknowledge the military superiority of the Christian Nubian state that defeated Islam at the time. Islam was forced to retreat West.

Ethiopia survived being Islamized like North Africa because of the brave Nubians, who are their descendants today are Oromo and other Cushites in the Horn of Africa.

In the 21century Muhammed Gadafi said before his death that, only 2% of southern Africa is Islam, We have to Islamize the southern part of Africa within 50 years.

Currently, there is a movement among Muslims to try and rewrite history by portraying Islamic slavery as better than the European slavery of Africans.

However, slavery was an atrocious and savage practice and there can never be a better type of slavery. Millions of African women were raped by Islamists as they sought to create an Islamic state in Africa. About 60% of African males who were made eunuchs in the Islamic State died from bleeding during the brutal castration process and the surviving men became slaves of the Islamic State.

African civilization before Islam was obvious. Even the Middle Eastern and others were fleeing to Africa because of the civilization before Islam.

Europeans arrived after Islam expansion was defeated during the 15th century at the point where modernism started with Christianity’s reformation from Romanized ideologies.

Islam is a colonizer where it is the majority, it acts as a religion where it is a minority. It is an ideology being protected by Apostasy law, blocking the natural and democratic rights of humans in many countries. It has a military in parts of the world to take state powers through terrorism. Millions of Muslims suffering b/c of Islam and fleeing to the West to live in freedom.

Africans must be conscious of Islamic slavery. Islam is an ideology that is competing with liberalism and political communism to overtake the world.

We love Muslims, We criticise Islam’s human rights issues and apostasy and any religious laws being protected by weapons. Faith issues must be between individuals and their God/gods, not to be told by politicians with bloody hands.

Christianity is the strongest principle that shaped humanity and is the most persecuted religion in the world

Among the world’s religions, only #Christianity stands out for its lack of a specific cultural attachment, yet it has played a pivotal role in the development of diverse cultures that embrace it.

It’s a common misconception that Christianity is intrinsically linked to #Israel or the #Western world. Some erroneously liken the Jewish persecution of Christianity to that faced by Islam, when in truth, the majority of Jews do not adhere to Christian beliefs. Surprisingly, #Egypt, an Arab republic, has a larger Christian population than Israel.

The Western world, which embraced Christianity during a time when it faced persecution in the Middle East, has reaped substantial benefits from its adoption. This includes the spread of #civilization, #innovations, #educational institutions, social services, expressions of #love and #compassion, the evolution of modernism, and the establishment of #organized_states—all of which occurred earlier in the West compared to other parts of the world. However, the present generation in the West is witnessing a trend toward atheism, with many individuals abandoning Christianity. This shift can be attributed to the challenge of adhering to Christian values in a world that has lost its way, often led astray by negative influences. This phenomenon aligns with biblical prophecies that foresee a turning away from faith in the last days.

Christianity, despite being one of the most persecuted religions globally, has undeniably exerted a profound influence, catalyzing positive changes across various critical sectors that shape humanity.

This impact extends beyond just Christians and encompasses followers of other faiths as well. It is why terrorists have often targeted Christianity, aiming to exploit the power of religion for their nefarious purposes.

In reality, a world devoid of Christian principles would struggle to maintain lasting peace and harmony. The enduring influence of Christianity underscores its role in shaping a better world for humanity.
